Our philosophy is to see that you get the most formaldehyde out of the least methanol at the lowest possible cost. Since specific needs and wishes vary considerably from producer to producer, we aim for the greatest possible flexibility. That's why we have a wide range of standard options, including:

·   Dual reactors. Configuration using a pre-reactor. Allows a much higher specific MeOH load.

·   Low MeOH. Set-up with adiabatic bed to give extremely low MeOH in the product. 

·   Low power. Superheating of high-pressure steam in the ECS. For use in a steam turbine. Available for larger plant sizes.

·   UFC/HCHO. Plant design that is fully flexible between 55% HCHO and UFC85.

·   Investment. You can buy all or parts of our engineering packages, all or parts of your own equipment. In fact, if you think you can build a better plant cheaper, please do so! We'll support you to the extent you wish!
